During the past 45 years I had the challenge of practicing law, specializing in taxation, estate planning, probate and trust law as well as corporate and business transactions. At this time, I look forward – as of June 30, 2023 – to step back from the day-to-day practice of law. However, I plan to be available on an as-needed basis to consult with past, present and potential future clients regarding their legal needs in the above areas, drawing upon the deep pool of legal talent at TLD Law to assist with the ongoing legal work.

During my legal career I had the pleasure to represent many clients and to work with accountants, financial advisors, real estate and investment brokers, appraisers, and insurance agents as well as other attorneys and professionals. I am truly fortunate and thankful to have developed these relationships and I appreciate the trust and confidence they placed in me.
